Great place for family gathering

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, organized and quiet neighborhood. The games and backyard were lots of fun for family though the backyard needs some ongoing maintenance. We will come again when visiting family in the area!

Beds and showers were great! It was not wheelchair accessible for the bathrooms. We thought it was is why we booked it. It worked out okay though since we had some help with us.

Pass on this one

Check in and Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Unfortunately, the pictures don't show how beat up this property really is with broken mini blinds that don't fit the windows properly to parts of the wall falling apart in the master bathroom. The house is drafty and we had to keep resetting the thermostat to warm up as it would revert to a colder preset temp each night. The king mattress in the main bedroom sleeps like you're in a taco so it's very uncomfortable. There was trash overflowing in the outside trash can that was on the front porch. I immediately informed the owner of this and that we wouldn't have any space to put our trash (family of 5 staying for 4 days) during the week. The owner said the previous tenants must have forgotten to put the trash to the curb. That's it.

Perfect Thanksgiving

My husband, mother, and I flew in from upstate NY to Georgia to spend Thanksgiving with my 24 year old daughter and her two fur babies. We had such a relaxing three days together. The dogs loved running and playing in the fenced in yard while we sat on the patio playing a variety of games that were provided. My 74 year old mother even gave Pac Man a try. There was more than enough seating room for all of us inside as well. We did not have to shop for essentials as they were all available in the rental-laundry detergent, toilet paper, even a pet urine cleaner that we thankfully did not need to use. Thank you to the owner(s) for thinking of everything to help make our stay relaxing. The only thing I would suggest is-if you plan on baking you will need baking dishes. There is a cookie sheet and small pizza pan to use in the oven. Using our creativity we were able to heat an entire Thanksgiving meal with multiple sides that we pre-ordered from Whole Foods. This property is a gem and we are planning to use it again!

Great little spot, perfect for a family with children

We loved this house and will plan to stay again if visiting area. Clean, spacious perfect for our family with young kids. Fenced in, large backyard and fun games in house. All the cooking essentials you need.

Silver Comet Launch Pad

Our group consisted of 5 adults visiting the area to bike ride the Silver Comet Rails to Trails. The location is very close to many restaurants and it was easy to cook light meals at the house. There needs to be 6 stars for ease of communication with the owner. Great stay!!!
