Completely unique 750 ft² carriage house with 2 desks, private screened porch, and fully fenced backyard. This is a 2-story detached garage that has been converted into a cozy and stylish stand-alone house. Memory foam bed. Mini-split A/C and heat upstairs and down. New washer/dryer. Sofa converts to a bed. Fiber internet. Driveway parking. Full kitchen with convection oven. On a nice day, you can even open the garage doors to get some fresh air!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.
