9.5/10 Would be a 10/10 but the beds were a little stiff… to be expected though with a brand new hotel. Also no on site parking unless you valet and parking across the street was $25 a night but once you left you couldn’t return unless you paid again. Great hotel though hopefully I get to check out the restaurant next time we’re in Atlanta!!

I didn’t like that I had to go to the front desk several times each day of my stay to have room keys rekeyed because I couldn’t get in my room or parking validation because I couldn’t get in or out of the parking lot. I also did not like that my room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay even after a formal request was made on day 3 (Saturday). The young lady who checked me in on Thursday 8/21 & the older lady who relieved Marquis on 8/23 had horrible attitudes The shining star at this hotel was Marquis who went above and beyond to try and made the bad experience I endured better.

The gym was amazing and perfect. The rooms were great and modern (although the king I had was so small 2 people couldn’t pass without having to step out of the way and the air conditioner kept cycling so our room was very hot. I had someone come fix it but the air went off every 90 min or so and so while sleeping we were sweating. Staff was so nice. The hotel was new and clean

We recently booked a stay at the Origins Hotel while moving our son into college. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and what stood out most to us was the staff — every person we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely accommodating. Unfortunately, the surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel as secure as we needed, especially since we had a car packed with all of our son’s belongings. The staff completely understood our concern and went above and beyond to help us check out early without any hassle. Their compassion and willingness to work with us made a stressful situation much easier to handle. While the location wasn’t the right fit for our circumstances, I want to commend the team at Origins for their professionalism and empathy. Their customer service was excellent, and that truly makes a difference.

Very nice hotel, the location not all that pleasing to the eye but the hotel itself is esthetically appealing, the room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. They informed us of the option to self park for $25 vs the $40 valet parking which is in the same parking lot directly across the street. My husband-man loved the soft towels.
