Awesome cozy space located close to the airport. The bed and linens, etc are high quality and the shower is nice and spacious.Many details were considered by the host (fan, Dyson, electric kettle, all-in-one washer/dryer, etc) which made my 5-day stay quite pleasant.My only gripe was the TV in the bedroom is a bit small considering its distance from the bed. It made it difficult to read the menu at times but that was minor issue considering all the other details considered. Looking forward to staying again when visiting ATL.

I recently stayed at this lovely one-bedroom apartment, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! The host was super friendly and easy to reach, and everything was just as described. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated — it honestly felt like home. Bed King size bed-EVER!! Had a great night's sleep!! I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the soft towels, nice bathroom soaps, coffee pods, and breakfast items. The location was perfect — close to everything but still nice and quiet. Overall, it was such a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Basement converted to apartment. It’s very well set up: all facilities were as described. Host was accommodating and promptly replied to all communications. People could be heard moving about upstairs, but it was not enough to be a nuisance and white noise machines were provided.

I had a wonderful stay at Wayne's place. I know Atlanta, so i knew i was between both 285 and 75/85. The neighborhood was quiet and 10mins from dining and groceries. I was tired when I arrived, but I had all of the entry instructions, which made it easy. It was very clean, looked like the photos, and everything that was listed was there. The space was perfect for me. I could've been comfortable with a partner and/or child. The kitchenette was great, with everything you'd need. Waynee was communicative when I asked a question. I'd stay again.

We arrived later than planned, and entering the property at night felt unsettling. Despite our nerves, we found the apartment exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all amenities. We rested after a shower, but both nights were disturbed by footsteps overhead until 1 or 2 am. I’d stay again, but next time I'll bring earplugs.

Very cute little unit, everything you need in the kitchen (including spices). Very large comfortable bed with nice reading lights above each side, and streaming options on the TV. The couch is also comfy! The neighborhood is very quiet, though you can hear the owners moving around upstairs (just creaky floor type sounds). Overall this is a great little spot to stay.

A nice, clean basement apartment with all you need

We arrived about 1 a.m. after traveling from Florida for a concert @ Lakewood Amphitheater. Check in instructions & door key code were easy to follow. It was a little hard to find at first in the dark, but Google maps led us right to it. My daughter really liked it, it is more than twice the size of a normal hotel room, and has a mid sized refrigerator, microwave, t burner cook top & dishes. The owner was easy to deal with through txt. Would definately stay their again if in that area.
