Deposit fee and could not get your money back till 12 pm smh was leaving at 8 am have not received my my money back as of yet

Front desk lady was excellent, but the bathroom is nasty, no shampoo for shower no basic coffee ,the pillows are nasty

Property required a $50 cash deposit (would not take credit card for this. The room was in terrible condition. Cigarette burns/stains on tub. Holes in sspread and pillow case. The room was very poorly maintained and filthy. I spoke to the office and they expressed no concern. The 4 star ratings they have online must be falsified.

It was very affordable. However, other rooms were used as old storage for old mattresses, etc. There was a lot of smoke residue in the room from so much smoking. Overall, a good deal though

The evening staff is helpful. The hotel room is clean when we checked in with a small fridge and microwave. However, there is no coffee machine, no cups for brushing teeth, no napkins/facial tissues, and no TV signals the 3 days we were there. There was no room cleaning service during the 3-day stay, and we had to go to front desk every night when we come back to the hotel to ask for towels ….

the staff needs better service and cleaner rooms and bathrooms

All of my belongings were stolen by housekeeping Front desk would not refund my money or give complementary stay
