This place is a roach motel, crawling over you while sleeping, this is unsanitary, place is also being renovated, it's an old motel being returned into a better hotel..I think..unsafe area to be mingling in as loiters are everywhere outside the entrance of the hotel, drinking and what ever else they do.

I'll just honest. This place is an absolute smelly dump. The ampunt of people hanging out and lurking is disturbing. The room would get a negative star from me. It was so bad that i checked out after 2 hours. Last but not least. The woman who checking me in was so rude even after I greeted her with hello "how are you". She acted as if I disturbed her. I did not feel welcomed at all. They even hit you with a cash deposit of $50 at check in. The bottom line is I qm not happy with being robbed. The place should be shut down immediately.

DANGER!

I was there for less than half an hour. the place is beyond sketchy. I tried to give it a chance because I am a recent graduate and on a strict budget. The place is run down and has homeless and addicts loitering in the lot and surrounding areas. management was smug and not helpfull. I had an incredibly uneasy feeling the whole time I was there. It is not a safe place! I left and stayed in another hotel and had to start a credit dispute to avoid paying for what should have been refunded. The $50 cash deposit is lost. Never staying at any OYO again.

RUN FAST AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This hotel is run down and drug infested. There was a fight in the parking lot and gunshots as I was leaving. The front desk girl would not check me in, but they would not refund my money either. So I ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms that night. She said I needed a cash deposit to stay there, and to leave and call for a refund. She did not even offer to have me go get cash, just refused to check me in. The hotel will not give me a refund, so basically they just stole my money.

The property is pretty old. There isn't anything that I liked about it. I also hated the fact that I had to pay a $50 CASH DEPOSIT in order to check in. Also, on the back of the door, it said that checkout was at 12:00 noon but security was at my door at 11:00 am saying that I'm supposed to check out at 11.

26, 27, 28...

We'd originally decided to stay for the better part of a week, however, our initial room became flooded because someone had turned on the water in the room above us and checked out. Luckily,.we hadn't unpacked most of our items, so the inundating waterfall that flowed from the vents above us only managed to dampen our spirits. Oddly enough, the female security guard ended up being our guardian angel as she went from floor to floor in search of a room that would be a little more suitable for our stay. She moved us twice as each room seemed to be missing a major item (microwave, refrigerator, working television, working phone). Finally, we constructed our own room by simply moving all the working items into one room and considering yet, another room as unsuitable. The staff stated that we couldn't move to another room and even suggested that we stay in the initial room after it dries out. The entire hotel had about a 25% fill rate Tte staff finally offered a refund but advised it would come from Hotels.com within two to three days. We then, spent a few hours on escalated calls as customer service members bounced our call from one person to another as they read teleprompter scripts that failed to answer our questions. Finally, we were promised a refund.... that would take up to,30 days to recover. Although we'd prefer to forget this trip, we have to keep the dates in mind so as to be sure that we search for the refund in 30 days...
