Property was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and easy access to surrounding areas. Owner communicated very well and was helpful with local suggestions. Highly recommend and will definitely come back when we're in the area again.

Beautiful town home renovation!

I really enjoyed my stay and I couldn't get over how nice the renovation looked. I'll definitely add to my list of favorite VRBOs in Marietta.

A luxurious stay that's fun for the whole family. Even though we had some hiccups because toddlers will be toddlers, Jim was very responsive and helpful! He's awesome! Would totally recommend! 10/10 :)

Pleasant stay

Very spacious home with most of the conveniences of home. Master bathroom was excellent. The shower was great and water was hot. The beds were very comfortable and it is a quiet neighborhood. Our son and family lives in Marietta and we travel to visit oven. We will stay here again.

The home was in a quiet area and the inside was very nice. Close enough to ATL but far enough that you didn’t get stuck in traffic constantly. The home was clean and neat. I did water the plant since it was extremely dry (plant mom at home so I couldn’t help myself). The check in and out process was self explanatory and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely townhome tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but within minutes of everything. Check in was seamless. The inside of the townhouse was as pictured and very clean and tidy. If I had a suggestion, I do think the backyard could use a little attention. Thank you so much for the dog bowls being available as we had accidentally forgotten ours. Overall, a great stay in a lovely townhome! Highly recommend!

Fall in Marietta

We were an hour from Ellijay. We picked apples @ Reeces then to a wonderful cider tasting. Saturday was downtown Marietta to the market, McKrackens Irish Pub and a Notre Dame/Georgia Tech game. We had breakfast at Egg Harbor & saw a Falcons/Seahawks game! Home is very well situated with everything you need! game. breakfast breakfastngame
