Everything is "right". Upscale property, top-notch amenities, reasonable price point, secure. Host respects guest's privacy; host's text communication is excellent. Host apparently has professional hospitality experience. I will select this property again, without hesitation.

Rob Rob (owner) is accommodating; called immediately about left item. Location is great, space appropriate, pool a treat. Access if driving is problematic. Lamp in living room w/o working bulbs. Coffee pot had moldy grinds in it.

Downtown Decatur

Great location for a one bedroom in Downtown Decatur. The check in was a bit confusing, but was able to communicate with the owner at the time of check in which helped. The only downside was a fire alarm building wide that occurred after 11:00 pm. I had no way of communicating with anyone in the bldg at the time. Scary as it work me from a sound sleep.Owner says it is rare. The only other thing that bothered me is some sketchy activity of others in the parking deck, mostly during evening hours.
