Cancelled without warning!

I was on the way to the property and had sent a message to the owner for details. I was sent a cancellation/refund message with zero warning. Very frustrating and inconvenient to us. Customer service verified that the refund was being issued within 5-7 days...meanwhile I had to find a decent hotel with zero help from customer service. One-night stays have no support.
Stayed 1 night in Jan 2022
