Perfectly located with a great view. I am from Atlanta originally and brought my family to visit friends and see the sights. This spot is perfect for checking out the Coca Cola Museum, Georgia Aquarium, and other local landmarks. You will be comfortable and have a great time.

Very nice condo

Spacious property with comfortable beds and good layout. Great views and an easy walk to the Aquarium which is why we were in Atlanta. The rooftop pool is very nice! Everything from booking to checking out was very easy.

Birthday Trip

When I say, this was by far the best, the cleanest, the most absolutely beautiful I’ve ever been in. I would give the place a 20/10 if I could. Everything was so organized from booking, checkin, and check out was a breeze. The hosts were amazing, friendly, and responsive the entire time. The property view was spectacular, and the layout gave a luxurious ATL style living. If there was anything I would change it’s the shower in the master bathroom. It was hard to shower without water leaking into the entire bathroom. Other than the shower, our stay was amazing and we were equipped with everything we could have possibly wanted or needed. I will be back and I would most definitely stay at this property again! I will recommend all my family and friends to stay here as well if they want a great place to vacation while in the area.

Everything was in order, master shower a bit tight, little feet running around unit above made it hard to fall asleep before midnight, bed was hard to get in and out of. Location was great able to walk from Congress center. Thanks for the coffee, see you on the next visit

Not a 10/10 maybe 7/10

It is a really nice room. Very secure. But there are several maintenance issues. Parking pass didn’t work took about 30-45 minutes for a resolution. Which was not resolved by host. The main shower curtain is poorly placed was stained and water tends to run out into the bathroom be ready to use towels to dry the floor. The ice maker didn’t work. The dryer was so noisy. The neighbors played loud music at 3 am Sunday. Then Monday was yelling and cussing at each other. All these issues and what they have me was excuses as far as I’m concerned. If it was my fault something was wrong they would have charged me more. But I left the place clean. And let them know of issues but nothing was resolved during my stay. It has potential to be a great place to stay but someone needs to take charge of the unit and ensure guests don’t have all these issues. It ruins the vacation.

Beautiful home, great views, and very responsive host!

I highly recommend this VRBO. For the same price as a two queen hotel room we stayed in a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. There was a water main break in the area and the host was great at keeping us updated. Check in was only confusing because didn’t read it carefully. The directions are perfect if you actually follow them. The view and the pool are beautiful. My 18 year old son loved the “vibe” in the exercise room. We got pizza one night from Atwood’s and it was really good. The residents at the complex were super nice and welcoming. So much better than a hotel!

Great place to stay!

Our family enjoyed this 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit very much. It is very clean. The beds were Vera comfortable. There is a great view. The pool was especially enjoyable by our grandson. The unit was close to many attractions such as World of Coke and the Atlanta Aquarium. We could have walked to those attractions. The unit has everything needed and fully stocked for coffee. There have washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included for a load each day. The owners were very responsive to any questions. We would recommend this unit and stay here again.

Family had a nice stay here for vacation. Check in was a little rough but overall great views and clean property. Building is secure and parking also secure. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

New Years Stay in Downtown Atlanta
