The outdoor area was absolutely wonderful. They do a great job keeping it clean. There was only one working elevator so that took a while. The apartment itself was not as clean as I had hoped. There is a small couch that seats 2 and no other place to eat. There are no utensils to cook with. The washer and dryer were not working. We requested extra towels and they brought them quickly. Checking in and out you have to meet them in person to get an actual key.
