Side A boasts 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths, living room, and a full kitchen with an island. Side B boasts 1 bedroom with 1 full bath, a pull out sofa, and its own full kitchen. Both sides share a backyard. This beautiful duplex is walking distance to the best restaurants and attractions downtown Decatur has to offer.

The overall experience was fantastic. My mom loved the decor. The location was perfect foe Emory University. The driveway was a topic of conversation by all. At first intimidating, but then became second nature. If we are back in the area, we would stay again. If back in the area, we would stay again

We were in town for a family wedding. This house was in a great location for us. Finding it and getting up the driveway was a challenge the first time, but we got used to it quickly. Loved the outdoor spaces in the back.
