Let me start by saying that the home itself was very nice. The experience was horrible. First the key fob provided didn’t work to get into the building and we were locked out of the building at 11 pm. There weren’t any trash cans in the property so we had to go straight to the chute every day.
My biggest issue was that I was charged an additional $499 without any explanation. The home was left in perfect condition considering we were only there for 2 nights. When I reached out, I was told it would be looked in to. The next day when I asked for an update I was told the same thing. I gave it 2 more days and still haven’t heard anything even after I reached out to them again.
I would think twice before booking this place because it seems like a scam
