This is our family home during the year and we love to share it with other families when we travel in the summer. With an expansive backyard, plenty of children's play things and walking distance to town - it is a perfect stay for your whole family.
Star gaze in our large hot tub with your favorite drink while the kids play in the huge back yard. For dinner you can walk to Michelin guide restaurants for meals and sleep in Frette Linens at night. The perfect respite during your visit to Decatur.
For guests booking directly or through VRBO, a hold will be placed on your card prior to check in to protect against damages. The hold will be released after checkout.
We have worked hard to develop good relationships with our neighbors. Please, honor those relationships. - Please no loud music or noise after 10 pm.
Please keep your pets off the furniture. Many of our friends are allergic, so we try to keep it as safe for as many as possible.
We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests.
