Our quaint kitchen, though lacking a dishwasher, radiates warmth and functionality, complete with hand washing supplies and everything you need to create a handcrafted meal. Unwind in the embrace of a cozy queen bed and the option for an extra queen-sized air mattress upon request. The bedroom features a thoughtfully placed desk and chair, creating a dedicated workspace for productivity or reflection.

A complimentary parking spot, nestled in the covered garage, invites you to explore the city at your leisure. Should you seek more space for your tale, additional parking spots can be arranged for a fee. ***The building is a historic hotel that is being transformed into a modern apartment complex, so some features of a hotel are still present.

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Along with the apartment, you will have access to some of the apartment's amenities. This includes outside seating areas and a gym. And while we have great WIFI and a private dedicated work space, you also have the option of using the public WIFI "Click Café." We do not have a washer and drier in our apartment, but there are paid washers and driers on site.

Other things to note
- Please read our House Rules carefully and take them seriously. Failure to comply will result in extra fees and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.

- All guests staying at the property must be included in your reservation upon booking. Max number of guests is 4 people. If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest will apply, and we might request that you vacate the property.

- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

- Please note, Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

- Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

- Any pets you bring must be included in your reservation. You will be charged $500 if you bring any unauthorized pets.

- Please note, we charge $15 extra per person per night after 2 guest (starting at 3 guests). We have this structured to better accommodate different sized groups who come to visit our home.
