Secluded Swimming Pool: 3 ft to 8 ft deep pool surrounded by a fully fenced backyard for total privacy. (Pool uncovered Mar 1 – Oct 31; typical swim season May – Sept).

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, closet, desk, Smart TV, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, closet, desk, Smart TV, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 (Spacious Family Room): 1 Queen-size bed + 1 Full-size bed, dual closets, desk, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Perfect for families with kids or larger groups.

Guest Number: Both one-time visitors and overnight guests are counted towards the total number. (Max 10)

Central air heating/cooling is controlled by a thermostat in 2nd floor hallway.

Guest access
You'll have complete privacy and access to the entire house, except the garage and two marked host closets on the main floor for storage.

Please review prior to booking. Booking constitutes agreement to all policies.

Self Check-In: Keyless door code sent at 4:00 PM on check in date.

No Parties or Events: Strictly enforced.

Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on property unless pre-approved by the host.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Pool & Yard Hours: The backyard and pool area are closed after 10:00 PM.

Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are on site. Do not unplug, cover, or disable any cameras or devices.

No Indoor Smoking/Vaping: Smoking/vaping is allowed outdoors only.

Parking: Maximum 4 driveway spots

Pool Safety & Info
Seasonal Outside Pool: Unheated (uncovered Mar 1–Oct 31; typical swim season May–Sept). Depth: 3–8 ft (sloped middle).
Safety Rules: Lock manual security lock on back door to prevent children to open. Adult MUST supervise children at all times in pool area. NO diving, running, or glass near the pool.

Violations: Rule violations, unauthorized visitors, or indoor smoking will result in immediate cancellation without a refund, plus fines of $250 per violation and $250 per unapproved visitor.
