An OK experience
The house had adequate space for my family. The neighborhood is in a convenient location - not too far from the airport and other attractions. It’s relatively quiet except for the train horn that can wake you up at night if you’re a light sleeper. I had to reach out to the property owner to receive check-in details because it wasn’t sent beforehand, but they were relatively responsive. I also had to reach out about the WiFi because it wasn’t working because the information on the Welcome Home brochure was incorrect (the network name changed). I also notice the short-term rental license had an expiration year of 2023. The property maintenance/cleanliness could’ve been better. The floors were dusty and face towels were left behind from previous guests. The comforter in the master bedroom and some towels were stained. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose. We had to buy paper towels because none were provided. The lawn needs mowing and the tree branches along the driveway can use some trimming so it’s easier for passengers to get in/out of the car. Overall, it was an OK stay. The space and location are good. The only real downside for me was the cleanliness/maintenance of the property.
