➤ You have private access to the whole property and its amenities. All of the property's features are there for you to enjoy :)
➤ Parking: Driveway parking for 1 car only. Make sure you stay on the LEFT side of the driveway. The right side belongs to the neighbor.

Other things to note

➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

➤ Location: Please be aware that our property is situated right next to the road, and there may be associated traffic noise. If you are sensitive to sounds, particularly road or train noise, we recommend considering this aspect before making a reservation.

➤ Outdoor setting: Please be aware that this property is located in a natural outdoor setting where mosquitoes may be present, especially during warmer months. We provide citronella candles and quarterly pest control to help deter these insects, but please take note that this is literally beyond hosts' control.

➤ Security features: This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

➤ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.
