Worst Housing Experience I’ve Had

Did not know I had to pay for parking. The details said “free parking”, did not specify its 1 spot per unit. Unit had no a/c. Host did not provide us with a key fob our entire stay. Was very rude and hung up on me when I called about the key fob and a/c. I’ve never felt the need to complain whoever I stay. But this is the worst experience I’ve had!
Stayed 2 nights in Mar 2025
