We were in Marietta for a baseball tournament at Perfect Game. The house was an easy drive to the fields and a great relaxing place to stay for the family. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything would’ve been perfect however the first night the door bell started going off excessively every hr or 2! we were unable to sleep. We were scared someone was trying to break in! However there was nobody at the door! we contacted the owner the next day he called ring and they said they fixed the issue. Same night the doorbell began again almost every hour to two hrs throughout the night. I contacted the owner who was very nice btw he said he would send maintenance over. When she came of course it wasn’t going off so when she went to leave it started my mom stopped her but then it stopped so the maintenance lady took out the battery! We thought for sure this would be the end of it! Nope third night we have to check out and drive another 13-14 hrs in the morning the doorbell is going off again 1:12am again at 2:12 am we decided to push a non flammable mit up against the dinger inside of the box in hopes it would stop the doorbell from ringing. After doing this we go to bed again trying to get some sleep and then there is knocking or pounding on the wall! The property itself was beautiful peaceful during the day the owner was very nice and did try to fix the problem! however it doesn’t change the uncomfortable feeling at night how scared we were and the fact we have not slept in 3 days! This morning before checking out I sent the landlord the videos he said thanks and will work on fixing it.
