Unsavory Experience

Website photos are deceiving! The property had water damaged ceilings in the livingroom. Damaged walls through out the property. Trash located in the backyard and back porch. Front porch had rotting wood on the handrails. The neighbor had several boarded up houses as you approached the property. We we uncomfortable with the house and the location. We had to find other lodging for the next 3 nights. After reaching out to the property manager several times to request a refund for the nights that we did not stay at the property, the manager refused my request and hung up on me. I would appreciate some restitution for this awful experience.

Perfect stay

Andrew was great host. He provided a wonderful clean home in a great area. Checkin was very easy and Andrew also made it easy to contact him for any concerns. The house was stationed in a good area and also close to a lot of good spots in Atlanta. Definitely will be coming back and booking again!

Didn’t stay at this property, it was double booked overall they accommodated us by providing us with another house they owned and also were very nice letting us check in early due to the inconvenience, other then that no complaints Thank you for letting our family stay Will book again

Emory University Softball Stay

The property is very nice and clean. Andrew the owner and his wife are vey nice and gracious people. We had a bit of a mix up on the dates but we were able to work things out and get everything taken care of. Lexi softball tam won both of their games so that was a real plus to our trip. We will stay here again .
