LIVING ROOM: offers plenty of cozy seating, a Smart TV, reading material, and games for entertainment. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative and non-functioning.)

DINING AREA: seats six, perfect for meals or work sessions.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with everything you need, including pots, pans, utensils, cooking oil, spices, a drip coffee maker with coffee and sugar, a toaster, cleaning supplies, soaps, trash bags, and paper towels.

1ST BEDROOM: located near the kitchen, features a queen bed, a work desk, a clothing rack with hangers, and nightstands with plenty of outlets for charging devices.

BATHROOMS: Guest bathroom is located in the main hallway and the 2nd bathroom is inside the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer

The location of the house is outstanding, especially if you own a dog. The park across the street is 50 acres, and a huge portion of that is rolling hills and trails, and the fenced backyard was plenty big enough for my large breed dog. The neighbors were very friendly, and there is clearly a sense of community in the surrounding blocks.The house itself was beautiful and looked newly remodeled. That being said, I stayed here for two months and it's really not set up for long term guests (no cupboard space for groceries, the bathrooms don't have drawers or countertop space, and the bedrooms don't have dressers). They do have closets with plenty of hangers, and cute desks in each room in case you want to do a work set up.The managing company is pretty hands off, so if you need something - like the lawn being mowed - you'll have to reach out and ask, but they were pretty responsive to all of my requests.I would stay here again if I were ever sent back to Atlanta for work.

The house feels safe and is very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space for pets. Easy check-in and check-out. Pictures are accurate. Had a Dr.'s appointment in Jonesboro, so this was a quick 3 day trip. Thanks!
