The 2 bedroom apartment is located in the basement level of a private family home. The hosts live upstairs with children and a dog. They are very private and there will be little interaction with the hosts. The apartment was renovated four years ago and it is a nice place to stay. It is fully furnished with upgraded appliances, tray ceilings, and a small outside area.
The house is located in a neighborhood that is very diverse. There are a variety of restaurants, stores, and markets to explore. The space The fully furnished basement apartment has a private/separate entrance and exit. It was completely renovated about 4-5 years ago and now there are repairs and other improvements we plan to make. There is slight damage to a bedroom and kitchen floor due to a major plumbing issue that resulted in water damage. We plan to eventually replace the floors, but we will always need guests to be mindful about not flushing items that may clog the pipes.

There is slight damage to a bedroom and kitchen floor due to a major plumbing issue that resulted in water damage. We ask guests to please do not flush feminine products, baby wipes, or other objects down the toilet. Also don’t pour oil in the sinks (pour in the trash bin). We plan to eventually replace the floors, but we will always need guests to be mindful about not flushing items that may clog the pipes and cause flooding.
Because this is a basement apartment, boric acid (white powdery substance) is traced along the walls to prevent bugs. This ground level apartment is also treated with spray between guests.
A dehumidifier machine is placed in the 2nd bedroom (in room or closet). We use this machine between guests and you are welcome to use it as your prefer.
We sanitize (high heat wash & dry) all bed sheets and towels and use antibacterial cleaners to disinfect the apartment after each guest.

We live in a very quiet neighborhood therefore out of respect for our neighbors and because we have children, we do not allow large groups or parties, extra guests (not already confirmed with booking), and no loud noise (music / tv, shouting, screaming, etc).

We have a drug-free and no-gun zone home.
No smoking (cigarettes, weed, etc).
