Mobile home at the Equestrian Center

Come and spend a holiday in the beautiful setting of the Suisse Normande.
The mobile home is located on the heights of the equestrian center, property of 14 ha, and is surrounded by meadows with ponies and horses. It is close to the natural site of Roche d'Oetre, the leisure bases of Pont d'Ouilly or Clecy.
The mobile home is equipped with a bedroom with large double bed, a sofa bed 2 places in a living room dining room, a kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet, a terrace with garden furniture. Possibility of barbecue.
Possibility to add a tent or rent a cottage with 6 bunk beds of a place with use of the equestrian center showers.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Inapproprié pour recevoir du public !

Bonsoir Madame, Je vous préviens que nous avons quitté votre mobil-home au bout de 48h ( réservé pour 4 nuits !)qui n'est pas digne de recevoir du public. Je vous souhaite de ne jamais avoir de problème de court- circuits compte tenu de votre installation électrique des plus primaires. On peut dire que vous survendez votre produit quand on voit la triste réalité ! Porte et fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas ou ne tiennent pas ouvertes ! Impossible d'aérer ( il faisait 29 degrés dehors, imaginez à l'intérieur !!) Au final, la perdante c'est moi puisqu'il fallait payer avant même d'être arrivée !!!! Je ne m'étends pas plus ça n'en vaut pas la peine . F Ricard

Séjour au coeur d'un centre équestre, au contact des animaux et de l'apprentissage de l'équitation. Nous tirons notre chapeau à Alice, animée par sa passion. Très bon accueil emprunt de naturel.

Au milieu des chevaux !

Lieu très calme au milieux de chevaux et de chèvres en pâturage et chevaux en entrainement dans la journée. On reste tranquille car en hauteur sur une bute avec une très belle vue jusqu'à loin. Par contre le mobil-home aurait besoin de rénovation car fuites en robinetterie, prises instables, portes ne fermes plus. Prévoir arrivée en allumant le frigo, brancher micro-onde. TV fatiguée à revoir, réseau téléphone très correct, pas de Wi-Fi. Prévoir cahier de suggestions. Propriétaire arrangeante en cas de soucis de gestion de la location, sympa au contact. Confiant pour améliorer le gîte.
