Cette maison rustique/ cosy, offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille.
Situé dans le triangle Châlons en Champagne, Epernay, Reims et à 2 heures de PARIS
Le CALYADEN, se compose de 3 Chambres à l'étage; une chambre/bureau, une suite parentale et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, ainsi qu'un toilette.
Au RDC, une cuisine donnant sur la salle à manger et salon avec télévision wifi GRATUIT
Une Salle de bain avec douche et toilette séparée (les serviettes de bain sont mises à disposition SANS frais supplémentaires idem pour les draps)
Il y à un très grand jardin CLOS, avec un bel espace abrité et ombragé pour y manger avec une table et des chaises...aussi un barbecue en pierres ( un futur terrain de pétanque pour Mai 2025)
Il y a un filet de volley et un panier de basket
Un garage privé et aussi une cour où vous pouvez garer votre véhicule secondaire
Les animaux sont acceptés; un supplément de 8€ par jour est demandé svp
Il y a une boîte à clés, cependant si vous le souhaitez; je me ferai un plaisir de vous accueillir et vous faire la visite.
Pour les enfants, un lit bébé peut être installé sur demande et sans frais
à 50 mètres du gîte il y à un City park pour enfant

We enjoyed our stay! The property is very comfortable and well equipped. It was perfectly located for breaking our journey down through France. Epernay is a short drive away and Avenue de Champagne well worth a visit. We also enjoyed a walk through the vineyards starting in the picturesque village of Hautvillers. Bryan and Julie were great hosts - good communication and very helpful in allowing me to collect some items I left behind. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic gîte for family with a dog

Great gîte with fully enclosed large garden. The gîte is really spacious and really clean. Nice roofed terrace to enjoy the local wine under all circumstances.The hosts are really helpful . Thanks for the brilliant stay.

Maison charmante, environs idéaux

Nous avons aimé cette maison. Le beau jardin clos était idéal pour nos chiens. Grâce à la grande terasse couverte, on pouvait passer tout le temps dehors. Maison spacieuse, bien équipée. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir la belle région. Grand merci aux hôtes de nous avoir soigné.

Sérénité, ballades culturelles et canines

Visites des villes d'Epernay (belle avenue de Champagne et musée intéressant) et de Reims (belle cathédrale et flaneries en ville). Visite de la ferme des oiseaux exotiques à Athis (pour les fans d'animaux et de voyage dans le temps). Ballades pédestres à Athis avec mon chien (forêt, marais, campagne).
