The grounds looked awful along with the lobby. Conditions not typical of a Best Western. Migrant/Transient workers hanging out in the parking lot. We did not stay.

Needs a little bit of help

In general is good except things always seem to be sort of missing from what I would’ve expected. For instance, the last morning I was there I noticed that I didn’t have clean towels. But it was too late to try to get Any at that particular point in time. And another time I had like the shampoo were collapsed in the shower afterwards with me using it. But I didn’t get fresh ones. Overall, the room was very clean and I was overall satisfied.

Great staff!

The staff was incredibly accommodating and sweet. The room was comfortable and very clean. I was treated quite well. My room's refrigerator wasn't working and the staff took care of it immediately.

The ONLY positive for this property is that the sheets were soft. There were so many mosquitos and flies in the room with the water spots, broken shower, and gap in the door.

The room was really gross. The floors had not been cleaned it what appears to be a long time. The room was heavily perfumed to cover the damp smell. There were flies flying everywhere. The bedding felt damp. There was mold in the bathroom and the pipes near the ceiling looked rusted and painted over several times. The reviews were very misleading.

The area is quiet. It is near a shopping strip. They have tried to make an improvement to some of the rooms. The new bed was heavily broken in on the sides. The middle of the king bed was comfy. We asked for a handicapped room. The door got stuck on the new flooring so it would not open all the way. If I had a wheelchair instead of a walker, I would not have been able to enter the room. The new walk/roll in shower was a great concept. It did have a seat if needed in the shower. The floor was not done correctly and when the shower was used, water flooded the entire bathroom. There were not enough towels to soak up that much water. There are sufficient free parking spaces. Microwave and fridge were clean. Free morning breakfast was only adequate. Nothing special. We have stayed here many times over the years and even with it's new quirks, it is still a nice low budget room.
