The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus.

Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

フロント、レストランのスタッフ他、親切で気持ちよく滞在することができ、休暇をリラックスしました。ブッフェの種類も多くて、美味しくいただきました。果物も大好きなライチやマンゴーがあってよかったです。 また、熱海温泉に来たいです。

施設や部屋は古めかしいものの清潔感はあり、スタッフの応対は丁寧でした。 小学生以下の小さい子供連れには楽しめる施設が複数あったので、そういったグループにはおすすめできます。

バイキングの食事は美味しく、建物と景色はきれいで、スタッフの対応も素晴らしいのですが、部屋風呂の床だけが古くて汚い感じがしたので、三つ星になりました。
