収容人数に対してお風呂が著しく小さいです。お風呂によっては洗い場が二つしかなく、占領されてしまうと湯船に入るのも出るのも一苦労です。洗い場の回転をよくするために、シャンプーを置かないなどの工夫をしていただければと思います。

初めての家族旅行でした、予約時より 広いお部屋にしていただけたということで、とても楽しみにしていました。立地は駅からは歩きだと遠く感じましたが、ビーチやロープウェイなどが近くにあり とても楽しめました！ 食事の際はホテルの方が優しく息子に話しかけてくださりとても落ち着き、私たちも楽しく食事ができました。ただ１歳になったばかりの息子が食べられそうなものはあまりありませんでした。 残念だったのは、お部屋で 入った瞬間埃っぽく テレビの周りは埃まみれ、ランプも埃まみれ、いろんなところを触る息子が一緒だったため 大変でした。あとはお風呂も広く楽しい旅行となりました！

ローマ風呂は快適でしたが、花風呂、露天風呂は、余るに貧弱。 1日置きに、二日泊まったが、夕食ビュッフェのメニューは、全く同じで食欲をそそらなかった。 又、夕食時団体予約とかで、夕食時間が、五時から6時半までとされて、普段の生活からあまりに早い夕食で、リラックス出来なかった。

朝、夜ブッフェで海の幸、山の幸

朝も夜もブッフェ形式の新鮮な海の幸、山の幸を堪能できました。食べ放題のゆでたてのカニもとても美味しかったし、魚だけでなく野菜も今話題の身体に良いものが工夫されて調理されていました。アルコールもビール、カクテルまで夜は飲み放題です！新幹線熱海駅から無料バスが頻繁に出ていて便利です。私たちが泊まったのは昔ながらのファミリー対応の広い和室と２ベットのオーシャンビューの洋室ですが、アメニティは十分でした。ただ、１階の入館の場所にもっとレストランはどこなのかとか、インフォメーションがあると良かったかな、と思いました。
