Located in a good area. The staff were very helpful at check in and getting us a taxi at 3am when we left for the airport. The outdoor area with swimming pool was a lovely place to relax. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Room is very small and without window! The pool is dirty! You can not use! Shopping Villa Morra is located far 3 kilometers from the Hotel! Near the hotel in 500 meters gas station and there is nothing more !!! I do not recommend this hotel !!!

Ok hotel

Ok hotel. I will not be staying here again as i think its a little overpriced for what other hotels in the area offer. Pool was dirty, and rooms are small and outdated. Bed comfort needs upgrade. Location is quiet and safe, but thats about it for this hotel. I will choose a different hotel next time I come back to Asuncion.

Nice area, safe, and convenient

This is a nice hotel, located in a nice residential neighborhood in Asuncion. Clean facilities and room. Good food but overpriced. Excellent TV variety, wifi with good signal strength. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to shopping malls and restaurants.

Not thrilled...

Web site says they have sleep adjustable beds. I opted to stay for this reason. Not true. I had hot water in the shower the first afternoon, after this it was nonexistent. One morning I had a conference call in the US., given that I did not answer the front desk's call. The maid thought it appropriate to enter the room unannounced - no knock, no "housekeeping" nothing. Aside from this the hotel is old and in need of updating. Also the pool appeared as if it hadn't been serviced in weeks. I would not recommend this hotel.

Bedroom size, bed comfort, breakfast spread and despite a small pool it is also just enough for relaxation from a hot day! Overall, we had a happy stay that we returned to this same hotel 2 days later (we went away to Cataratas).

Rooms o.k.after finally reaching hotel. Communication poor for English speaking guests. Email sent with flt data & # luggage for airport pickup. NO reply & NO shuttle at airport upon arrival. After 16 hr. flight having to arrange your own transport to hotel for 3 guests in not easy. Hotel advertised shuttle available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and in a very nice neighborhood. You feel safe at night walking. It is a reasonable distance to a major mall. There are not many restaurants in the immediate area, but many at the mall. They have a great breakfast buffet to enjoy to start the day.

quiet neighborhood

At first we had a hard time finding the hotel, since it is away from busy streets. But exactliy that was the best part of it. It was very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. If you ever stayed at a hotel in Asuncion over a weekend, you know that it is loud and noisy. Suprisingly this was not in an area like that. Breakfast was good on Sunday.
