The wifi was terrible - would never hold a conference there that relied on internet access as you can’t even access emails Coffee maker didn’t work in the room, called front desk to ask about getting a different one , they said sure but never showed up. Waited several hours then took the broken one to the desk and was told they would get a new one up to the room right away but this did not happen. Waited several more hours & again went the the front desk to inquire about it and staff had the “deer in the headlights” response I stayed at the desk til they found a coffee maker that I took to the room myself. Shameful customer service
