The hotel is very run down. The carpet in the room looked like it was from the 1970's along with the decor. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is family run. The breakfast, which was complimentary was outstanding. The location can't be beat as it is central to everything and within walking distance. The hotel really needs to invest in updating. The room was very cramped for 4 people and we really didn't have anywhere to put our suitcases. There was no closet but rather a opening in the wall where a closet is supposed to go. The room could be made more efficient if it was updated. My husband loved the gym and the pool looked very nice. Also, the common areas were very dated, even the wallpaper on the wall.

This place is truly a hidden gem in Aspen. You can walk to the gondolas and the buses that take you to Buttermilk and Snowmass. Plus there are on-site activities and happy hours provided with your stay, it’s wonderful.

Awesome stay! Only problem was hot tub jets need to be fixed, only 2 or three were working and steam room never got hot... other than that I love this property and the staff!

It really is ski in and ski out. Lockers for your skis in the hotel. Rental place right there at the chair lift. Woo hoo! Fun! Hotel has a shuttle if you want to run into town, just leave your car here. I loved Buttermilk mtn, great to restart skiing after 30 years and enough variety for me.

Fantastic location, just a 3 minute walk to centre of town. Lots of little extras such as cookies and selection of teas and coffees in lobby.

It was great, the ambience was nice and staff was polite and helpful

From beginning to end w me Kathy & Kyle & the other staff very professional & friendly

A Snow skiing resort likr you know them from all over the word. Looks a little bir wuropean, but that is the nice flair

Very warm reception, and lots of amenities available to guests.

Location next to Wagner Park was the reason I picked it, but the amenities, such as breakfast in the mornings, a balcony overlooking the rugby pitch, a locker room for cleaning up after the match, the largest hot tub you could ask for and the pool all added up to make this a great experience. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Only stayed one night - out most of the evening. Location great, breakfast good. Staff were very nice. I would stay again.

The property is perfectly located. There bathrooms are modern and the towels and such fresh and new. The only down side was the hot tub only running 3 to 10 pm.

The hotel is great especially to get outside. Very close to everything in the heart of the town

The staff was very polite and helpful. Not much parking other than some spots in a small garage. Great location!

Great service and staff. Great location. It is a bit dated

excellent hotel and views, great staff and amenities

I am sorry you found your room too small. We do have larger rooms that are quite spacious and newer. They are more expensive though. Yes, the wall paper in our conference area could be replaced. The lobbies are all painted. Thank you for taking the rime to review us.

Thank you for your review, but we are about a block from the lift. I wonder if you may have stayed at the Mountain Chalet in Snowmass.
