Come spend summer on the most incredible plot of land in Aspen - in the prestigious Meadowood community where there's private tennis courts, a fully stocked pond, 30+ acres of open space, & private hiking trails. Our house in nestled in a private cul de sac and is perfect for kids and dogs - a fenced in yard with endless activities. The house is a 5 minute drive to downtown Aspen, a 12 minute bike ride or a 20ish min walk on an easy trail. You will not get a better piece of land than this for summer.

The house is 4 bedrooms in the main house and has a mother-in-law/nanny suite above the garage with its own kitchen and deck, and private access. Includes all things you would need for kids (cribs, high chairs, toys, bikes, scooters, etc) and is extremely dog friendly.

Message me for monthly rates - minimum is 2 weeks as per subdivision rules.
The vacation home is heated and features 4 bathrooms and space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
