Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Great place in a great location

This was a great unit for a small group in the heart of Aspen. The complex was great and the unit was clean and well kept. We could walk to the gondola, all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Aspen. This was a great, affordable place close to everything you would want to do or see in Aspen.

This is a fantastic property and our room was perfect! Large and well appointed. The front desk was so friendly and helpful and housekeeping was wonderful. In a beautiful part of town with steps of the busier areas. We definitely will be back
