Fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath Aspen condo located 50 yards from Lift #1 and steps from the heart of downtown Aspen. Ski right to your condo at the end of the day. Three minute walk to Gondola where you will find shopping and amazing entries. Newly remodeled, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops an underground parking spot in our covered garage. Will sleep up to 4 comfortably (1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sofa-bed). Do not miss out being in the heart of Aspen, steps from the lift.

Our beautiful 2nd floor condo is only a 2 minute walk from downtown Aspen and only 50 yards from Lift #1. Enjoy endless outdoor recreation opportunities using our home as your mountain base of activities. Local wildlife is abundant so make sure you bring a camera. We are outdoor enthusiasts friendly. We have traveled all over the world, mainly to areas with spectacular natural environments and have received great hospitality. We hope to provide travelers and vacationers with all of things we value most in our accommodations when we travel. We have furnished the condo with all the items we use on a regular basis to support outdoor adventuring and great home cooking in order to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Feel free to ask us anytime about local activities which include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, skinning, snowshoeing, climbing, hiking, rafting, kayaking, dog sledding, jeeping, activities for kids, workout facilities, churches, etc. We would be happy to help you plan your next adventure. To help after your day in the mountains, we have a washer & dryer and lots of hanging hooks to organize or dry out all of your gear.

After your day exploring everything Aspen has to offer, enjoy our home's open living space which invites togetherness and easy conversation. Everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is provided.

Location is that makes this unit so special. Ski right to the building. Only 50 yards from Lift 1. 2 minute walk to all that downtown Aspen has to offer. Although we have a dedicated parking spot for our unit, a car is not needed as everything downtown Aspen has to offer is with walking distance.

We have a deeded parking space for the unit so parking your vehicle is a breeze. Public transpiration is available nearby if needed.

We do have a portable AC unit in the condo.

Pets are not allowed per HOA regulations

Free WIFI included along with a smart TV. Netflix is provided while TV has apps for many other applications. Unit does not have traditional cable, so bring your laptop to plug into TV if you want to watch local news or sporting events.

Parking is space it tight in our underground parking garage! If you have a large SUV there is also street parking.

Epic location, condo ok.

The location really is incredible and ideal in all seasons! I don't like being negative in reviews, but I'm always a bit surprised when the interior isn't what you'd expect in a downtown Aspen condo at this price. Like others have said, the parking space really isn't usable for most vehicles. I have a mid sized car and there's no way I could have fit, and would have been inches away from blocking lockers that I'm sure other owners wouldn't appreciate. So I was luckily able to find parking on the street. The bedroom is rather stuffy without any windows, and felt more like we were sleeping in a large closet. And in the hot summer nights the condo was pretty stuffy with only minimal help from a standing AC unit. The kitchen is well stocked and updated, which is always a plus. Unfortunately it felt crowed with only two people because the kitchen table/chairs and couch all seemed quite dated and too large for the small space. A simple touch like updating those features and nicer bedding would really add a lot to what could be an amazing space in an epic location. Oh, and like someone else said, the cleaners came almost an hour early and stood right outside the window, which was uncomfortable. Overall, I still have to say that it's hard to beat this location, and would be great when some minor enhancements to the space.

Communication and responsiveness of owner was excellent and timely. The one bedroom apartment was conveniently located just blocks away from the St. Regis Hotel and downtown Aspen. Highly recommended for a party of two.

Nice place. Great location.

This place was perfect for me. I was traveling alone for a weekend getaway. Once I parked my rental car (in the very small parking space… seriously, you won’t get a big SUV in there) I was able to walk everywhere - restaurants, supermarket, shops. Would stay there again.

Excellent location in Aspen. Unfortunately, the reserved parking space in the basement garage is very tight — wedged between a pillar and unit lockers. It is basically unusable except for smaller, nimble cars. Free street parking is available. The light outside the unit was out the evening we arrived, and the instructions for accessing the unit were incomplete. The code provided for the door keypad did not unlock the door. Luckily, in spite of the dim light, we noticed the small lockbox on the inner side of the door frame which held a key. The code opened the lockbox. The unit had a portable cooling/heating unit but it did not work (we only needed cooling). We messaged the host about the unit not working and his reply was that he never said the unit had AC.

Overall good experience

Overall this was a great place to stay while in Aspen. The only downside was a plumbing issue that couldn’t be resolved during our stay. Also, the cleaning company arrived prior to our checkout time of 11am. However, it was a great location & the host promptly responded when we had questions or concerns which was appreciated. We would consider staying here again if the plumbing gets fixed.

Good Location

The property is just up the hill from Wagner park. Easy walking to everything downtown. The assigned parking spot is only accessible for a small/compact or narrow car. Not feasible for a midsize to large SUV, as there are lockers and concrete posts to weave through. There is some street parking for a nominal fee. The unit was very clean. As mentioned in some other comments, the bedroom is small (bed takes up most of it) and could use some updating. The living room and dining area are very nice, as is the kitchen area. We had a few glitches at first (aforementioned parking spot challenges), but things smoothed out, and we had a very nice stay.
