Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. 4 guests maximum. Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC. We provide cooling units and fans, and Colorado's cool summer nights allow the home to cool down naturally in the evenings.
