The open living area includes a formal dining area and a wood-burning fireplace**. The sliding doors open to a deck facing the river with a gas grill and river views. Guests enjoy the in-unit laundry and spacious first-floor primary suite. This unit features air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living room. **Please note firewood is not provided, and guests will need to procure firewood from City Market.
