Located on the south edge of Ashland, and set back from the street, this quiet one-bedroom is fully furnished and private. The fenced backyard and patio are accessed through a slider off the kitchen or a gate from the garden walkway. The living space is large with skylights and front windows giving lots of natural light. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. Air conditioning is available for the hot summer months. The kitchen is well designed for cooking with adequate counter space. The bedroom has an adjoining bath with both a tub and shower. 3 miles, an 8-minute drive to the Ashland downtown plaza. Two markets are located within a mile. There is no charge for washer/dryer use.
