Welcome home to this enchanting garden getaway where every inch of the apartment is brand new and sparkling, remodeled in 2024. Without stepping in a car you can access the beauty of Lithia Parks trails along the creek and hills, listen to summer music from the Bandshell, visit the new Japanese Garden or walk to town for dinner and the Shakespeare Festival.
Guests have ample privacy, their own portion of yard and access to shared laundry room.
In the unit the windows next to your bed gazes out at our Bee City USA pollinator garden full of flowers.
The unit has a large Samsung Picture Tv with access to your own prime or Netflix accounts. A stylish kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee/tea amenities are all available.
We have dog beds and food bowls for your special ones as well as access to using the fenced in yard by request.
Our zoning by the city in this sought after part of Ashland means we can only accommodate guests for a minimum of 30 days rental. We have chosen a price to also accommodate those who only need a shorter stay but find the rate enticing. You can stay for as long or little of the month as you need.
