High ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick, and skylights give the space a sophisticated charm. The open living area includes a 46' TV with DVD player, a plush sofa that converts to a queen sleeper, and two armchairs for extra seating.

The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side fridge and gas range, and a kitchen island with a double sink and seating for four. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four.

The bedroom sleeps two on a king bed with hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV, built-in surround sound, and direct balcony access. Together with the sleeper sofa in the living room, the apartment accommodates up to four guests. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a half bath each provide a starter supply of toiletries.

The apartment was very well appointed. It did not have a coffee maker only a Keurig . that’s the only thing I wish I had known ahead of time. we had a few very small problems but I called and they came immediately to take care of them. it was very secure, conveniently located and we were able to secure street parking although the parking garage was close and the directions were very clear. I would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

The skylights throughout the apartment let in really nice natural light and the balcony was an added bonus. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. You can’t beat the location and during our stay it was pretty quiet.

Loft in Asheville

We really liked the location of the loft apartment in downtown Asheville. So many great restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The apartment was convenient and parking was always available at the garage a short distance away. All the amenities were great in the apartment except the shower water would puddle around your feet instead of draining properly. Otherwise, everything else was comfortable and clean.

Great downtown location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and cozy. You're within walking distance to great food, entertainment and shopping. The only complaint is having to park in a parking garage two blocks away. Not a big deal though.

This was a great condo- clean, SPACIOUS, two bathrooms! It was so close to everything downtown- walked to many restaurants and of course breweries! On a quiet street so sleeping was peaceful. Would definitely stay again!
