sofa bed not sleepable as it is broken & mattress is poor so one couple had a sleepless night & moved out the next day - stools at counter very uncomfortable & one is broken - location is great but traffic noise was bothersome - touted mountain views not very visible w/o some effort - washer/dryer unit hard to operate w/o instructions

Clean, Condo in great location.Reasonable price.

Property was clean in an excellent location within walking distance of most things. The downside is you could hear traffice and ambulances at night.We were a family of room and there was plenty of room.The washer/dryer combo was trick y to use. I wish they had left instructions in laundry roo. However, the property manager sent someoen prompty to help.Also, I wished they had provided two parking spaces because the garage around the corner was 15 per day.

Great place!

Overall really nice stay. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed, the shower door brackets were coming out of the wall and the toilet paper holder felloff the wall. Id recommend bringing your own coffee and coffee pot it that means anything to you, and the sheets and pillows could use an upgrade. The overall stay was very plesent and had a very convenient location.

Great location. Clean. Easy check in and check out. Parking

Unit is exactly as advertised. Great location. Parking garage is a huge plus. Walking distance to almost anything you want. Only issue is street noise but that is minimal if you keep the windows and doors closed. Great place to stay. Give Star!

Beautiful in town condo

This lovely condo supplied everything needed for a week or a month’s stay. It was very comfortable and stocked with coffee (!) and paper goods, sheets, blankets etc.

Walking distance to everything you need!

We stayed here as a long weekend getaway with our 2 kids (5 & 3) and their aunt and uncle. There was plenty of space for us to put a blow-up mattress in the master. The 2 porches were nice for us to rise early and have a place to sit and not wake up the rest of the house. Plenty of cooking supplies, seating, and space to entertain/relax after a day out on the town. **One Note: this place is in the heart of the south slope and it can get very noisy on the weekends with bars, concerts, and heavy foot traffic. Probably not great for a light sleeper.

Clean and Modern

Easy check in, clean and had all the things we could need to start us off. Found an iron, but couldnt find an ironing board. Other than that, had everything. Easy walking to a lot of Ashville. Whatever bar is across the street was super loud til 2am and woke us several nights.

3 night golf and shop

This property was beautiful and spotless. Good security with codes to enter. Only downside was the one car parking. We parked in a nearby garage. My husband said he didn’t mind parking in an offsite garage because the condo was so nice.

Quick trip

Easiest check in and almost immediate response from owner when we reached out. Unit looks exactly like photos, everything was clean, and location allows you to not need your vehicle to get anywhere in town. Beds were super comfortable, loved the pillows. The shower in the primary bath had a bit of water spill out during our showers but we just made sure to keep a towel there. Easily somewhere we would stay again.

Mom’s trip

The apartment was perfect for a quick trip. About a half a block of up hill walking to to be right in the middle of everything. Great coffee shop down the hill. Close to really delicious restaurants. Even with only being on the 2nd floor there were still some lovely Mountain View’s. We all mentioned that we would happily stay here again.

Spacious and Spotless with gorgeous Mtn Views

Besides being in a great location with secure parking, this unit has fantastic Mountain View’s and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. It’s hard to figure out which is the Master. They are equivalent. This is our 3rd time staying in this unit and hope to stay here on future visits to Asheville.

Perfect location

This place is within walking distance of restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. Nice, new building and condo was extremely clean. Parking and building were secure with codes. Highly recommend!
