The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.

Stayed one night. Hotel is very tired and staff is ambivalent.

Everything great. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which actually had some healthy food choices. At times, that is not the case. Oatmeal, fresh fruit, low-fat milk and yogurt, mixed, chopped nuts, hard-boiled eggs .A bowl of fresh fruit was always in the lobby along with coffees.

Convenient to fast food, department stores and highways. Takes less than 5 minutes to get downtown, Brevard College and Brevard Music Center. Standard free breakfast in the mornings is a good option.

nice hotel. in same parking lot as Walmart and a few places to eat.

over priced small room. breakfast bar ...what a joke.

Nice hotel! Close to sliding rock! Awesome breakfast. Room was a little small but it was ok for the one night.

The staff was very helpful in finding us a refrigerator and bringing it and plugging in when our room didn't have one. They were very helpful in their dining suggestions which were all quite good. Overall it was clean and neat. It wasn't quite up to par with other Hampton's but better than cut-rate lodging.

We were in town for a weekend workshop and enjoyed our stay. Good coffee and cookies, and a nice breakfast to start the day with. Staff was very helpful in guiding us to local places.

We stayed 4 or 5 nights (we extended our stay due to bad flying weather) - crucially, there was no difficulty with internet service - I believe they don't have a pool or it was closed for the winter - they have a breakfast buffet which is average or above for this hotel's price class and in which we found added value in the friendliness of the breakfast shift hotel staff (nice people, really)

Convenient, clean, nice pool. Free coffee and newspaper.

Very well located. very nice and clean. Spacious room.

Ended up in the ER the day of my stay. Asked for a refund or credit and was denied because I booked thru a third party website. I will never book here or thru a third party website again.

This was our first trip to NC. As we were unfamiliar with the area but knew what things we specifically wanted to see, we felt that a Hampton Inn best met our needs. The staff could not have been kinder and the facility was well maintained. All staff we dealt with were willing to "go the extra male" meeting our needs.

Nice stay, excellent value, convenient place. Overall good experience, will stay again.

Stayed 1 night here during a weekend hiking in the Pisgah National Forest. Great location with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Room was average but was clean, comfortable, and was ideal for a short stay. Good complimentary hot breakfast.

The staff was exceptional. The manager went out of his way to accommodate a change in our plans. The staff that prepared breakfast were very helpful and thoughtful. Grandson said the scrambled eggs were the best he has ever eaten.

I would return here again to hike or enjoy the Pisgah Forest area. The accommodations are new, clean, and reasonably quiet. The self-serve breakfast is fine for those wanting to get out early and enjoy the area. They do need a sign out near the road as the hotel is behind a shopping center and my GPS could not locate it in the mountains.

The hotel was clean and the check in/check out flowed smoothly. The breakfast was not as extensive as other Hampton inn's I have stayed at, but overall a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect for entrance to the Piscah national forest.

Teh porperty's web page says recently remodeled. The did it right!!!! The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Most impressive was the lobby where the back half (that's right half!) was remodeled into the breakfast room. Tremendous variety: starts with the usual continental breakfast, add a waffle maker, then add 3 selections of expertly prepared breakfast sanwiches. These are coded to match pre-progarammed buttons on the microwaves. Quality exceeeds the offerings at the usual fast food establishements. Add 2 coffees, hot water, 4 cold drinks such as apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Finish off with an excellent room attendant keeping the room clean and all the offerings stocked up. As good as the room was the breakfast really rocked!
