Staff was friendly and informative about sites to see and supplied us with a map. Breakfast was delicious and the home was beautiful. They provided appropriate spacing for all of us at breakfast.

Our stay at Engadine Cabins was exactly what we needed. Peaceful with a beautiful view. Rick and Tom were so helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Asheville and Tom went over a map of the area and wrote down a few recommendations for restaurants, bars, and hiking. We stayed in the Looking Glass cabin and were able to bring our dogs. We don't go many places without bringing them along. We will absolutely stay here again. In fact, we're already planning a couple of trips back up this summer.

We are so sorry to see that this guest was disappointed with their stay at Engadine. But considering that they chose not to tell us in their review what the problem was, I'm not certain how to reply! However, I can say this to anyone who travels and encounters lodging problems along the way. Take the time to TELL your host about your problem while you are on property. In most instances, your host will do his/her best to correct the problem. And if a problem can't be resolved, most hosts will gladly offer a refund. We're not in the business of disappointing guests...our other reviews tell that story. We're just sorry that this guest chose not to give us the opportunity while they were here to make right whatever it was we did wrong or to offer a refund.

Folks love our cabins and we're so glad you agree!
