This room was lovely and warm with great heat pump. The spa bath was excellent. Nice comfy bed. Great kitchen facilities. It's a shame that the kitchen cupboard under the sink wasn't fixed properly, it's a nuisance to shut. None of the heat lamps work in the bathroom, as there is no other heating in the bathroom, it makes for an unpleasant experience getting out of the shower in a cold bathroom. 4 heat lamps don't go out at the same time, so I think these haven't been going for a long time. It's a shame the motel attendant didn't pop over and turn on the heat pump so the room was warm when I arrived last night, as I booked online 15 mins before I arrived.

the only 2 things that could have been better, were the tv mount (mounted high and angled slightly up) and power outlets in less awkward locations. so all in all, a great motel.

Two things, I would have liked to see. .1. The option of having a light breakfast, without having to go out and buying it. .2. I have found in my tripping around around the last week and staying in different places, no one had a folder of emergency numbers, recommended places to eat, and recommended places to visit to me, those folders were part of customer service .
