No one stayed at the property because I didn’t get access information before the reservation was supposed to begin. I texted, messaged and called the “owner” (I’m not sure it’s an actual person because it was the same name for a property I stayed at in NC) but got no response. After two hours and a frustrating time getting in touch with Vrbo, I cancelled the reservation and have a confirmation that my money will be refunded. THEN “Niko” decides to respond. No apology. No reason. Then has the nerve to say let him know if I need a place to stay. Smh
