if you need any help, do not hesitate to contact Mr.Abdulrahman the Assistant Manager, as I did he is so helpful and could help you for any thing you could imagine it,, one of my favourite hotel in Jeddah,, you should try it for sure,,

Luxury room , nice finish , good view , registration little bit slow , paid tv , fresh rose , cleaning room twice a day , free car parking , there are many constructions sea side , you feel some noisy and because of this you'll loose your direction many time but finally you can find the hotel. Enjoy

I had my wedding party in Hilton Jeddah dated on 28-Jan-2017 which made me to stay at Al Qasar Hotel for one night stay as a complementary. During and after my stay, I would like to thank all Staff for the lovely hospitality and big thanks to Mr. Nader for his kind help and for facilitating all what I need during my stay. Thanks, Fahad Nimri

Positives: + luxurious furniture. (Needs renewal) + Fancy bath stuff, bathrobes and slippers Negatives: - Hotel reception do not answer fast or never answer. - Same previous problem starting when call from outside the hotel you face an additional situation of one shared operator with the Hilton hotel. - The indoor swimming pool is in the Hilton. So you have to walk wet with your towels by the lobbies. - You can hear the noise from the next room and the bathrooms. (thee is connecting doors between rooms) - You can hear the noise in the corridor as they can hear you too. - The mirrors need replacement as they exceeded their validity use. - The restaurant is not at the same Hotel. and again you need to walk ans pass from OUTSIDE to go to the Hilton hotel. - Unsafe electricity cables of the lamb by the window. - Dirty window and full of birds crap. - I think there is lack of communication between the hotel staff. (You order something by phone or from a shift you will end out that next shift do not know about it.)

It was my first time to go to umrah and i wanted to stay in a hotel while i was in jeddah that would also atleast compliment my life goal to make umrah. A friend told me that waldorf is the best so i thought why not since this is already a momentous occassion anyway. One thing now is certain, experiencing waldorf was truly an amazing experience. The prices are a bit up there but you cant put a price in perfection. So if anyone is looking for a prince like treatment with great food, hotel room and interior design with really nice staff and oh i almost forgot to mention and it would almost be a sin not to, the view, the seaview to my hotel room was captivating, really nice. Overall experience was the greatest, and ive been traveling alot and staying in many places but this waldorf is really something else. So if you want to spend for something that would amount to the quality of experience you would expect and demand then i would highly reccomend waldorf and hope that you have the same great time that i did. Cheers!

This hotel is attached to Hilton Jeddah which is our official hotel when in Jeddah and so we are allowed access to all their facilities as well. I mean Hilton Jeddah is great it is just that this sister hotel is so grand ot is always a pleasure to cross over. They have a spa, i door pool, gym and everything else a woman needs when in Jeddah which is truly hard to find in most hotels in the whole of Saudi.

The hotel is marvelous, we had the junior suite and it cost alot, but it was worthy, I loved the view, the facilities are nice, the atmosphere is woow, the food is lovely, I would like to go there and stay for few nights ever few months.

Amazingly opulent hotel. Beautiful entrance lobby with wonderful chandelier. Helpful staff and lovely morning and afternoon snacks. My female colleague used the gym and spa and said it was fab. Not sure what the suites are like as we only used the conference rooms

This was really an amazing experience, I wasn't expecting such one! The decorations was stunning, as well as, the service was really cool, especially with assigning a butler for you! I really enjoyed it, and for me this is going to be the favorite hotel in Jeddah, coming back soon!
