Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das ein oder andere könnte erneut werden (Bettwäsche, Sofakissen), aber für den Preis bei der Lage absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Naturliebhaber ist die Lage traumhaft. Wer außer unglaublich schöner Natur noch mehr Unterhaltung braucht (Shopping, Freizeiteinrichtungen, Schwimmbäder) der ist hier falsch. Wir haben eine Woche gut ausgefüllt und sind dann weiter in ein zweites Haus an die Küste gefahren.

Vakantiehuis op een mooie locatie

Mooi, ruim en net vankantiehuis op een rustige locatie met meer huisjes. De stenen vloer het vele hout in het huis geeft veel sfeer. We waren hier een week in augustus. De kinderen hebben lekker kunnen spelen in de waterval naast het huis en we konden zo de natuur in wandelen. De sluitelhouder was erg behulpzaam.

Die Lage des Hauses ist grandios , die Aufteilung der Zimmer sowie die Einrichtung sind sehr ansprechend.Der Aussenwhirlpool war im defekten Zustand sowie die Scheibe im Kamin .Die obere Etage ist leider sehr ungemütlich Wohnzimmer. Empfehlung den Ferseher nach unten installieren . Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen ..

Badefass nicht zu gebrauchen. Toilettendeckel konnte man nicht richtig befestigen. Deckenlampen zum Teil nur eine Glühbirne ( ungemütlich ). zum Schlüsselkasten muss man eine beschrankten steilen Weg hoch gehen ( stand nicht in der Beschreibung erst im letzten Brief kurz vor Anreise) geht gar nicht da ich Gehbehindert bin. Ansprechpartner vor Ort: Frau Koller sehr nett und freundlich ...

Geräumige Hütte am Ende eines ...

Geräumige Hütte am Ende eines Hüttenfeldes im Hang eines Skigebietes. Durch Schlagbaum abgesichert, wird mit vorhandenem Handy geöffnet. Viel Komfort, technische Geräte intakt. (Fussboden–)heizung praktisch, nicht im Wohnzimmer und in 2. Etage, dafür funktionierender Kaminofen (leicht demoliert). Holz zwar vorhanden, aber muss extra bezahlt werden (vor der Hütte nur Kleinholz, wir haben Holz von Tankstelle gekauft). Sauna recht klein (max. 2 Personen sitzend). Wer's mag, kann sich auch im angestauten Fluss (knapp 1m tief) abkühlen. Obere Etage hat niedriges Schrägdach, Fernseh–Ecke (dt. SAT–TV) ungemütlich. Alter Röhrenfernseher, da nutzt kein HD–SAT–Receiver. Den Gas–Grill haben wir nicht benutzt. Internet dazubuchbar (teuer: 25 Euro pro Woche, aber dafür recht schnell, Reichweite nur durchschnittlich). Strom kann bei Gewitter auch mal ausfallen. Bei längerem Regen schwillt Fluss am Hang an und wird lauter. Ab und zu kommen "bimmelnde" Schafe vorbei und "mähen" den Rasen. Es gibt viele Mini–Mücken und keine Fenstergitter dagegen (also bei Wind oder Regen lüften). Keine bequemen Gartenstühle, aber tolle Aussicht ins Tal (auch von weiter oben), manchmal ist man "über den Wolken". Reisetipps: Direkt von der Hütte kann man Wanderwege erreichen, die vom Parkplatz vor der Schranke starten und parallel zum Hüttenfeld aufsteigen. Rote Route die leichteste, blau mittel, die weisse (rund um den See) erfordert Gummistiefel. Markierungen rot: ausgezeichnet, blau: am Wendepunkt mangelhaft, sonst gut, weiss: durchweg mangelhaft. Für Enthusiasten gibt es noch größere Touren, da es aber einige Sumpfgebiete gibt, sind für diese auch Gummistiefel empfehlenswert (Juni).Kaufmann und Bank in Aseral (8 km). Einkaufen wohl besser in Evje (40 km). Empfehlenswerte Ausflüge an die Südküste (e.g. Mandal, Lindesnes) oder an den Lysefjord (e.g. Preikostolen oder Kjerag). Ein Tagesausflug kann schnell mal über 100 km gehen (Durchschnittstempo mit 60 km/h rechnen, schneller geht's nicht), was dem Benzinverbrauch entgegenkommt (Reichweite kompensiert höhere Tankkosten). Viele kulturelle Angebote (Museen, Mineralpark [südl. von Evje], Gruben). Viele Silberschmieden. Im Winter natürlich gute Abfahrtsbedingungen (Lift, Schneekanonen).
