Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein Anschlag verweist die Leute möglichst das Wasser nicht zu trinken wegen eines Heizungproblemes. Scheinbar ist die Heizung defekt und sollte erneuert werden.

Sehr zu empfehlen, die Zentrale Lage in Ascona ist ausgezeichnet. Parkplätze, Fahrrad Keller alles ist vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist die Wohnung 206 hat keine Klimaanlage was es bei hohen Temperaturen nicht sehr angenehm mach.

Preisgünstige Unterkunft für Paare, die keine Stubenhocker sind

Durch die Klappbetten, die leicht zu händeln waren, hat man tagsüber einen geräumigen Wohnraum. es gibt viel Stauraum in Schränken und Konsolen. Die Lüftung im Bad ist sehr gut, dadurch keinen beschlagenen Spiegel nach dem Duschen! Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens Ventilator. In der ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile fehlt ein Toaster.
