In the district of Distelberg 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 2 km from the centre of Aschau, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: garden (not fenced) lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Camping Aufenfeld" 1.8 km, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 2.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km.
