Appartement joliment décoré, trÚs bon emplacement pour des vacances à Arzon avec plages et commodités à proximité. Quelques dysfonctionnements dans l'appartement, manque de précisions pour trouver le logement et l'emplacement de parking. Frais de ménage appliqués aprÚs le séjour sans avertissement préalable

Manque de prĂ©cisions sur le dĂ©chargement des bagages, pas d accĂšs direct en voiture Ă  la rĂ©sidence.Il faut dĂ©charger sa voiture du parking extĂ©rieur ou du sous sol. Pas pratique du tout mĂȘme si je comprends pour la tranquillitĂ© de la rĂ©sidence. L'appartement est correct, il manque un manuel de fonctionnement (TV, compteur Ă©lectronique, chauffe eau, poubelle, numĂ©ro emplacement parking souterrain...)Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus de trouver un lave vaisselle non vidĂ© et la propretĂ© du lit et canapĂ© pas top!!!Logement bien situĂ©, prĂšs des plages, bon potentiel mais equipement et propretĂ© Ă  revoir.

Appartement conforme aux photos, une belle vue mer (mieux que sur les photos !), bien placĂ©, les pieds dans l’eau, calme, propre. Il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire dans cet appartement pour passer un bon sĂ©jour ! Petit plus trĂšs agrĂ©able : la possibilitĂ© de rester plus longtemps le matin du dĂ©part Ă©tant donnĂ© que l’appartement n’était pas louĂ© ensuite. Tout le monde ne le fait pas, merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est trÚs confortable et trÚs bien équipé. Nous étions 1 couple, une enfant de 10 ans et un petit chien.Il est trÚs bien situé à cÎté de trÚs belles plages et proche, du port de Crouesty (accessible à pied).Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement trÚs agréable, calme et trÚs bien situé (proche plage et commerces, à 15 minutes à pied du port du Crouesty). L'ideal pour des vacances en famille dans le golfe du Morbihan, qui regorge de sites touristiques et d'activités de plein air à faire en famille.
