It has a garden and a 15m2 terrace where you can enjoy the calm and serenity during breakfast and its plancha after a long day.
The house has two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine above the garage (note that access to this second bedroom via a carpenter's ladder is not safe for children). You will have a parking space in the residence. Available in the rental: a hairdryer, a television, a radio and a washing machine. The open-plan kitchen with a vitroceramic hob is equipped with a refrigerator, a multifunction microwave oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

Das Haus ist nicht für 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Das zweite Zimmer ist über eine Wackelige Leiter zu erreichen. Eigentlich eine Dacheinschubtrepoe. Die Betten dort waren Kinderbetten. Und Kindermatratzen.

Avec un peu d’effort, pourrait etre top
La position est ideale, l’entreprise intermediaire tres competente, mais il manque pas mal de petites choses au logement et c’est dommage car elle a presque tout cette petite maison : la première est la plus importante, c’est une bonne literie, là c’etait vraiment vraiment pas terrible. Et se lever tous les matins avec un mal de dos alors qu’on a fait un long voyage pour etre là... une autre petite chose toute bete, une etagere dans la douche ca coute trois fois rien et ca evite de se mettre en petard dans la douche quand ca fait trois fois que la bouteille tombe... Le paredouche trop court et du coup la douche qui inonde la salle de bain ... La tele qui est face a la table mais a cote du canape... avoir un jardin .... mais qui n’est pas tondu et ou les mauvaises herbes gagnent du terrain, avoir un garage mais l’avoir condamné pour y mettre la porte d’entree alors qu’une autre est disponible... toutes ces petites choses qui ne vous permettent pas d’apprecier votre sejour. C’est dommage.

bonne situation géographique. Un bémol pour l'annonce
Bémol quant à la location : chambre au dessus du garage inaccessible pour des enfants (échelle de meunier très dangereuse!!) et pour un couple : 2 lits 1 personne, difficile d'aménager la chambre.
Pour le reste petite location mais bien pour 2 personnes adultes sans enfants.

Les photos ne sont pas en accord avec la réalité, notamment concernant les 2 couchages au dessus du garage... Où il est impossible de faire dormir seuls des enfants en bas âge... Beaucoup trop dangereux.
