Le point vraiment positif de notre séjour a été l’accueil chaleureux du concierge, ainsi que la belle vue depuis l’appartement. L’emplacement est également agréable.En revanche, l’appartement laisse clairement à désirer. Il est très rudimentaire, ressemblant davantage à un HLM légèrement amélioré qu’à un logement de vacances digne du tarif demandé. Équipements insuffisants : très peu de vaisselle, pas de four, un frigo minuscule, 2 chambres minuscules également. Les balcons donnent une impression d’insécurité : le sol s’affaisse, et une paroi est même soutenue par des barres de fer, ce qui est franchement inquiétant.En résumé, seul l’emplacement et la vue méritent d’être soulignés, mais cela ne justifie en rien un tel prix au vu des prestations proposées. Un gros décalage entre l’annonce et la réalité.
